Find No Cavil

This was a sparely (and poorly) updated blog about a law student. Now it is being reborn as a cliche: a Midwestern transplant living in New York City (here, Astoria) I am going to do my best to not write about work. Instead this will be an effort to document and record my attempt to have a life outside of work. Hopefully it won't be too dull.

when i have other pressing matters to do, I am much more likely to update

Hello all:

as i sit on page 18 of a supposedly 25 page first draft, let's bring everyone up to speed.

1) bronx interview: craziest, most intense interview in my life. By the end of it, both i and the panel were yelling at each other. Then, basically, I told a joke, everyone laughed, I gave them 2 minutes on why they should hire me, we all shook hands, and I left. Now I am waiting on their call.

2) I kinda fell in love with NYC (dirtiness be damned)

3) I should know better than to procrastinate a 25 page seminar paper.

4) the unofficial turkey dinner is this weekend. hooray.

5) I will be scheduled to only come to kent for 5 hours a week next semester.

6) I am so ready to graduate.
